Unique construction:

The advantage of our houses  is the use of lightweight concrete for the prefabrication of walls and ceilings with relatively high strength (9 MPa) and low thermal conductivity (0.25 W / mK). Our concrete is extremely light (1000 kg / m3), waterproof, and non-flammable. It has also high noise suppression capability and a high degree of heat accumulation. It is the best material available on the market for building modular low-energy houses!

Wooden frame houses are quickly cooled down with heating off. They are not a good acoustic barrier, and are not sufficiently resistant to moisture and fire.

Passive standard:

The passive standard of our modular house ensures that it can be used all year round, regardless of weather conditions. Glazing of the entire facade provides a large amount of daylight and additional heat gains which accumulate in walls if the window is oriented to south or west. In our house you will feel comfortable immediately after entering regardless is winter, or summer. 

Eco friendly materials:

We use certified low VOC construction and finishing materials, as well as anti-smog  filters for ventilated air. This ensures healthy indoor climate perfect for regeneration and rest.

Excellent sound barrier:

Triple glazed windows and sound insulated walls used in our house will allow you to enjoy silence.

Casual Space:

Our cottage, despite its small size, looks spacious. Ceiling reaches 3 meters in height.

Well equipped:

Our Passion House has electrical installation, heat recovery air conditioning, sanitary facilities and a kitchenette. So you can comfortably use this compact living space all year round.

Mobility and simple assembly:

Our home is completely mobile and can be moved an infinite times.

The house does not require foundations or a building permit and can be placed within one day. The cottage requires 3- phase 6 kW power supply and 3/4″ water connection. Gravity drainage, or lifting station located behind the toilet can be utilised.

Technology:

WALLS:  Reinforced lightweight concrete of 9 MPa compressive strength and low thermal conductivity (0.15 W/mK). Walls are additionally insulated with graphite polystyrene. The heat transfer coefficient for our wall equals to U = 0.178 W / m2K

FLOOR: Reinforced lightweight concrete of 10 MPa compressive strength and low thermal conductivity (0.15 W/mK). laid on the hard polystyrene. The heat transfer coefficient for the floor equals to U = 0.156 W / m2K

ROOF: Wooden framework, finished with bitumen shingles. U = 0.207 W / m2K

WINDOW: Passive type, PVC profiles  U = 0.92 W / m2K

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION: Made of copper wires. Appropriately selected warm external and internal LED lighting, as well as a stylish lamp in the living room will be conducive to rest and relaxation. Sockets in rooms are protected by a fuse box with a residual current circuit breaker.

VENTILATION: :  The modular house has ventilation unit with heat recovery exchanger, which will ensure thermal comfort regardless of the weather conditions.

PLUMBING INSTALLATION: Made of polypropylene and PVC pipes. A flow water heater will provide hot water in the sink, shower and sink.
