Our Passion House is designed to be relocated and repurposed infinite times. Your modular home will be ready to move in the next day after delivery. The weight of a single module does not exceed 7 tons, what ease transport and offloading even in difficult ground conditions.

Passion House obtains passive house standards, and has high heat storage capacity thanks to use of innovative lightweight concrete structure technology with very low thermal conductivity.

Our house offers a lot of natural light, minimised external noise, high standard air conditioning to control air quality and CO2 level, natural and non-toxic finishing materials.

The house has extremely extremely durable fire resistant structure and high heat storage capacity, the features of traditional brick houses. No need for central heating even during cold seson. Heat gains from the day will keep you warm during night.

Annual heating demand of our Passion House is less than 15 kWh per m2. Lightweight concrete we use achieves compressive strength of brick blocks, it is waterproof, weather resistant. The walls achieve U-value of 0.18 W/m2K.
